Administration Building Evertop Textile Complex

The Youngone Corporation Admin Building is a state-of-the-art facility that serves as the headquarters of the South Korean textile giant in India. The building is part of the Kakatiya Mega Textile Park, a large-scale industrial development in Warangal, near Hyderabad. The building was designed in collaboration with the Cluster Development Initiative of SCHOOL NET INDIA LTD.

The building comprises of various functions, such as offices, class rooms, a conference hall, a dining hall with kitchen for 260 people, and 36 rooms including 2 suites. The layout is symmetrical and efficient, ensuring optimal use of space and resources. The building is also optimized for the local semi-arid climate of Telangana, with a north-south facade orientation and well-shaded balconies and windows. The exposed brick facade with partial Jaalis gives the building its official character and richness, while blending in with the local context and culture.
