Parveen Residence

Nestled in the southern coast of Chennai, overlooking the Indian Ocean, our client desired a residence that encapsulated the leisurely essence of Spanish coastal houses, infused with the rich heritage of traditional Tamil houses, with a touch of contemporary flair. The house's orientation was meticulously crafted to capture the prevalent cooling winds from the south-east, while mitigating the tropical sun's harsh glare, thereby providing optimal comfort to the residents.

Ground floor is majorly a public space with a private master suite with Manglore tile roof. The first floor has two bedrooms with a large covered terrace to enjoy cool ocean breeze. Details like traditional manglore tile roof and brick arches create an interesting blend of design styles.
