Siddha Wellness Resort

Siddha Wellness Centre is a holistic wellness centre located in Mohanam Campus, Auroville, that offers traditional healing services based on the principles of Siddha medicine. The site is surrounded by forest and situated on a lake shore, providing a tranquil and peaceful environment for regeneration and healing.

The first phase of the project consists of a large octagonal meditation and yoga hall that is connected through a corridor to a cluster of hexagonal rooms and a dining kitchen block with an internal courtyard. The entire centre has been designed using natural materials such as CSEB blocks and mangalore tile roof, reflecting the principles of sustainability and eco-friendliness.

The main design intention of the Siddha Wellness Centre is to create a serene and peaceful atmosphere that promotes healing and rejuvenation of the mind, body, and spirit.
